Yes, samples are free of charge. You are welcome to send us an inquiry to request samples!

**Q2. Are the products tested before shipment?**
Yes, we have a professional Quality Control (QC) team that monitors the production process from start to finish. Production progress updates can be provided daily upon the client's request. Once production is complete, the QC team inspects the goods piece by piece and conducts testing in our laboratory. Inspection reports—including details on dimensions, thickness, moisture content, edge treatment, packaging, etc.—are issued to the client along with corresponding QC photos. Loading of the goods proceeds only after receiving the client's final approval.

**Q3. Can our company name and trademark be printed on the plywood products or packaging?**
Yes, this can be done according to your requirements. Your company name and trademark can be printed directly on your plywood products or on the packaging.

**Q4. What are your payment terms?**
Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF;
Accepted Payment Currencies: USD, EUR;
Accepted Payment Methods: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, Western Union;
We will show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the remaining balance.
